Car started today, go figure. I will have time maybe Sunday to play with the vac. Will post results.

Trans is getting serviced today.
What are the odds that the Vac Control Valve is bad on the IP? Also, I am going to buy a Mity-Vac... where's the place to score one with the adapters and what-not needed?

Issue resolved, will post what was the issue in a few hours tops. I had no vac to the trans.

Okay, atop the vac pump there is a nipple that sends vac to the emission bits on the passenger side and vac to the trans and climate.
Anyway, I purchased a two outlet piece to replace the factory four outlet as my emission bits are all gone. Well, it was molded wrong and I had a large hunk of plastic still jammed in it from it's molding! Got that piece out, no more banging. Full vac down to the trans.
