Windshield Wippers that make noise

I have a 2006 E320 CDI and the windshield wippers make noise. They skip and are just noisy. I've had it back to the dealer and they replaced blades twice and adjusted (reduced) the tension on the drivers side wiper arm assembly.

Any thoughts
