i just needed a place to vent...

so the day began like this. i go to work and one of my friends is fired for calling in a month ago. while he is trying to find out why the boss snaps, punches him in the face and kicks him in his testies.

my friend calls the cops. while he is on the phone with them he goes in to get his tools. as soon as he hangs up the phone with the po-po my boss jumps him again with one of his management staff. this lead to them on the gound, my boss and his guy on top of my friend. i ran back to see what all the racket was about 2 other people call the cops.

to add insult to injury they said that he started it all by hitting my boss. i did not see all of it but from what i saw my friend kept his cool the entire time even after the family jewels were disturbed and after they jumped him the second time.

my boss i don't care for, his management guy i would consider an aquantience and the same for my friend. but this is the f'd up part: when the cops came i asked the mangement guy if i should hang around to tell the cops what i saw. he said and i quote " you didn't see anything you just heard about it " then gave me a quarky smile.

i ended up getting the number for one of the attending poliece officers and told them what i saw and what the manager said. for thoes in the denver area don't get your appliance fixed by action appliance unless you are going to die if it is not fixed. some of thoes guys are very crooked.

holly shiz, if that was my boss and he did that to me, i dont know what i would do, seeing as hitting someone back these days is just as bad as being hit first. that horrible, i would look for another job

my boss has total short man's complex. he is like 5'4" and i am in search of a new job. hell i was looking for one when i found that one. i should also add that my friend was the one that was taken away in the cop car and i do believe there is a law suit in the works.

The manager said that he was there for the entire thing and he was only there for the parts that i mentioned not the inital assult.

i do give props to my friend cause he kept his cool the entire time.

i think you should stick up for your friend and the truth if this goes any further , i think he could use your help since there was 2 of them against him .

like i said he is fired no matter what but i did tell the po-po later what i saw and said that the manager did not see what he said he did and i told the po-po what the manager said to me.

and to strengthen my point i le them know that my bro is a state po-po and i know how important details are to them. and i am the only other person to see any physical hitting so tomorrow i am going to sign a statement at the station.

Yeah, sounds to me like your boss has a terminal case of Short Sh**s Disease. There is usually no cure for that, appears to be genetic. If you are not fired by the time any trial comes up, you surely will be after any testimony. However that is the only responsible thing to do, and you are best gone from that bunch of goons anyway!!!
