1984 300d fuel filters
having problem, changed fuel filters.runs great.won't shut off now and prime pump is leaking at bottom.any suggestions

The two problems are most likely not related. Make sure the priming pump is screwed down - push it in all the way and screw it down. Check around the vicinity of where you were working for vacuum lines you might have knocked loose, especially on the injection pump. Vacuum leak cause the not-shutting-off problem.

if you have not upgraded to the newer prime pump then now would be a good time to do it, the old ones leak and can't be fixed. Look for a vacuum line off ,if not make sure pull off is working at injection pump , may be a coincidence and just happend to go bad, they do.
