Are the fuel line for Diesel are different than Gasser

Just wonder if diesel fuel lines for DSL are heavier reinforced than Gasser lines?

And any 86 Ford 7.3L Diesel owners here?
I need some help.
TIA

Surfing through the many, many references in both commercial sites and infopop, it would appear that the SAE30r9 (Viton has equivalent, $$$) spec is the preferred long term solution when using WVO and boiDiesel. The stuff is very expensive. Since crawling around under the car (tank hoses) is not my favorite activity, why not use the best and only do it once? If you will never use bioD/WVO,and never heat the fuel, then the normal 30r7 (and equivalent) will work just fine. BTW, the reinforcing of the line is not what is important, it is the ability to withstand the fluid over the long term.

Take a look at Trident Marines #365 barrier hose. It meets Coast Guard specs for B100 in marine applications. Should be plenty good for vehicle use. It's what I'm using in mine.
