Recommendation for Floor Mats
I need new mats for my '87 sedan (carpet style) and for my '85 wagon (winter rubber style).
But there are SO many places on the web selling floor mats...it is hard to determine who to buy from. Any recommended mat brands or vendors? Thanks -Harv |

In my '85 Sedan I actually have some of those Coco mats above some pristine factory mats. My mom got them for me shortly after I got the car. I said yuck..... then stuck them in to see how they looked. They look surprisingly good against the palamino. http://www.autosportcatalog.com/file_center/files/coco/coco1.jpg
They do wear out after about 3 or 4 years though, at least mine have. Performance products I believe she got them from.

Do a search for floor mats over in the detailing forum. Your best bet is the dealer. A complete set of carpet mats are around $100.

For great winter/bad weather/all round rubber type mats, try the MacNeill Weathertech mats.
The fit is great and they are practically indestructible, and catch all the winter snow slush and mud. VERY reasonably priced for what you get I'd highly recommend them (for carpeted mats, probably the original equiopment dealer ones are best.)

I get mine from the dealer - they weren't nearly as expensive as I thought they would be, and the quality is the best.

You can find the OEM stuff on ebay too. It's the only way to go. Made my car look like a million bucks after putting a fresh set in.
I've found the dealer is suprisingly cheap on certain items as well. I think I've seen the bundt wheel caps for about $10/piece too.
