That seller charges ripoff shipping. I have seen their items before. Almost $11 bucks to ship a tiny little monovalve!

I don't know, how cold are you?

Pay "rip-off shipping"

Buy an entire new valve

Take your chances with a junkyard valve

If you can wait on shipping, try http://*************** or http://**************.com or http://eurpeanautomotive.com or Phil at above. Have forgotten price. Or I have a used one that did not need replacing, did it anyway, screen is a little dirty, yet rubber part intact. Interested? PM me.
