vac leak

Wife complaining about door locks on Mr Lincoln(77 300D 235K) again, so out with the mit vac and start 3 hours later, the plastic line(un-lock green/yellow) from rt rear door was broken in the rubber boot between door and center post, a pure pain to get to, spliced with a piece of rubber line, looks like I will have to buy the plastic line and replace, one of the days.

I spliced the driver's door on my 77 that way about 3 years ago. Still working fine. Rubber seems like a better material in that location since the plastic is too brittle for frequent bending.
