84 300TDT IP- can't move IP

I'm sure someone knows the answer to this... How do you get to the top 13mm adjustment nut closest to the block? I seem to have a rack displacement sensor box in the way. Not sure if there's a clever way to remove this or just go around it?

Ideas welcome... Thanks!

Cresent shaped ring wrench, or a selection of, 3/8th u/j-drive and wobble extentions.
