need someone to look at a 240d in Santa Cruz/ San Jose area

hi, i'm looking for some one to look at a car in santa cruz/ san jose area. the car is a 1982 24d man. w/ 250k miles. i'm really interested and would like to act on the impulse before my wife finds out more about it ! please feel free to email me and i'll forward the name and phone number of the owner. also if there is a mechanic/shop that someone can recommend, that would be great too. i would like to get it inspected since this will be my first mb dies.
