You should call it the "Warndreieck-Club" I think.

I really feel that the 123ers and 126ers in US spec should really ALL have the eurolights and these triangles in them both for the look AND the safety upgrade they provide.

I obtained my trunk triangle and clip, some time after I saw them on a lapis blue 1984 500SEC AMG that was a gray market car (the owner asked me to drive it from SF to Denver, back in '85, which was when I got the idea I would like to buy an SEC one day). I got it from an ebay seller in Germany who liked to go to Mercedes junkyards in Berlin. I would have liked to have gone to them also!!

I will get pictures up one day when I can get someone to take a picture.

Are those euro lights in your trunk, about to be installed? they will look nice on your car. Is the color anthracite on Eva, and are those the original dealer installed pinstripes on it, and the original paint? It's a real nice 123 you have there Don.

no picture but i did use it when i ran out of gas on I-78 just east of allentown with no shoulder to speak of to pull off (luckily i carry extra fuel). ran back a couple hundred feet placed the triangle on the white line and watched as the traffic obeyed the signal and gave me plenty of space. great safety item to have!
