fuel filter hoses and function (87 300SDL)

Hello,
Will anyone tell me where I can find a diagram and description of the functionality of the hoses coming of the fuel filter? There are 5 hoses and I am unsure of the purpose each hose serves.
Thank you.
A

Inlet from lift pump (lower side of the Injection pump). Outlet to the front side of the injection pump. Overflow line back to the pump, is combined with the line from the side of the injection pump next to the engine and the overflow line from the injectors (they bleed small amounts of fuel).

I belive the inlet is the one closest to the fender on the main filter housing, the feed to the IP is in the middle, and the combination overflow line is closest to the engine.

The snakepit of hoses by the lift pump connects the fuel thermostat and fuel heater (in the water line to the heater core next to the head) with the lift pump. when it's cold, the fuel is diverted through the heater before being pumped to the main filter.
