Check out these engine mounts
A freind of mine and I are in the process of replacing the engine mounts on my 300D. Its turning out to be a pain in the backside.....
Anywayz... here are the mounts that came out of the car..... The one at the top of the picture came off the passenger side, the bottom right one came off of the driver side, and bottom left is a new mount. Bottom of mounts Same layout, just the top of the mounts.

Hmmmm Now you can't scare small children with the clunking sound
Hmmmm. I think I would miss the jackhammer sound of the engine.

I'm wondering if your engine mounts had a similiar problem to mine (and others I have seen). Did the metal center mount point detach itself from the rubber? I think there were alot of these things that failed due to manufacturers defect.
Here's hoping you read up on all the tips in this forum on taking out those mounts. That allen screw in the center is downright EVIL!!! I needed about 5 feet of cheater pipe to get that bad boy off. |

I had 2x15 2x12 ins a nissan 200sx hatchback, certain songs would the the resonating frequency and that was better than the chairs they have at the Sharper Image.
