Anyone familiar with Expert Diesel in Roseville, MI?

It's a diesel remanufacturing outfit. Someone on a BlueBird Wanderlodge forum I belong to has sent them a lot of $$$ to build a CAT 3208 and they have stopped returning his calls. He's afraid they've gone out of business. Anyone know??
