I`m getting a delay when excelerating from a dead stop and also when rolling at about 15 mph just changed air and fuel filters and all fuel lines any suggestions?

How's the condition of the rest of the fuel system? Any leaks (air bubbles in the lines) and how are the delivery valve seals on the top of the injection pump?
