AC POD Questions

Is there some sort of flow diagram available online? I am assuming that there is a pod that switches the flow from the vents to the floor, and I want to know where to go to replace just that one.

Is my assumption correct or does each pod switch from vents to floor?

This website sells the rubber diaphragms that are inside the pods. Much cheaper than a new one.
http://www.autoluxmbz.com/
I replaced all the diaphragms under the dash of my wagon for less than one brand new pod. Most 123's have five pods. One of which has two diagraphms. Here is where they are-
1. Driver's foot well near the foot well vent.
2. Directly behind the center console between the firewall and the dash.
3. Behind the two center vents.
4. Behind the left side of the glove box.
5. Under the dash on the passengers right side. Seen from below or through the glove box.
