Resealed transmission

Hi everyone,

I had my 87 300D's transmission "resealed" about 1.5k miles ago and I crawled under the car last night to troubleshoot a vibration. It turns out the exhaust pipe is rubbing on the belly pan and I have to figure that one out. Also, I noticed a faint red line of ATF around the front pump seal inside of the grated area on the transmission. I'm wondering if this is normal after a reseal or a sign of bad things and "leaks" to come in the near future. I've read in other posts about replacing the front pump at the same time and this was not done by the shop. Any thoughts on this and how or if I should approach the shop?
