Ive pulled allot of engine out of cars and I thought it was guna be a pain to pull this one but it was really pretty simple took maybe and hour and a half to pull the 616, if people would just clean there engines every once in a wile they wouldnt get so dirty and its not like a gasser no spark plug wires to worry about getting wet but people still dont do it O well guess they dont care cuz they dont have to work on them sure makes it nice when people do keep them clean

Some folks clean their engines, some use punctuation. What's a guy to do.....

This is my car that he's working on. I've told him before that he needs to use at least some grammar when posting on the board, but he says that using such disrupts his thought process. *rolls her eyes* Oh well!! I'm just glad to have him so that I was able to buy a $200 diesel car.

My car has 365K on it. I have never done the engine compartment until this weekend, but it certainly needed it. It was caked with years of greasy dirt. It has several small leaks that need to be pinpointed and getting it good and clean should help me find them. I also pulled off the air cleaner and it is amazing how much of the RH side of the engine is exposed when the air cleaner is out.

Best of luck with the rest of the project. It looks like fun.
