New horn ordered

I just placed an order for a

Stebel Compact Nautilus horn

50$ ish with shipping.. 140 DB's...

and it will fit better than those train horns I wanted.

What I want to do is mount it on the cross bar in front of the radiator and have it switched with a toggle Stebel Horn None OEM Horn...

I lost or cant find my haynes manual for the diagram for the horns... so who has the pdf?

Cool. I am awaiting the posts. My high frequency horn is dead....so I am left with the low tone horn only, and thus my car sounds like the road runner. While cool in its own way, I'd rather scare people with my horn than have them laugh at it.

Not to blow anyone's fuse, have installed four Stebel Nautilus here, three on my vehicles, one on my friends', horn here is survival on highway, I also have Hella and Bosch horns on my vehicle, all the Stebels, including my friend's are now showing signs of dying, the don't blow loud anymore and there is a significant gradual decrease of intensity, have checked it out with SPL meter. Good news is they are dirt cheap here as compared to BOSCH or HELLA, almost half price. Never had much faith in Made in Italy products, my Atlas Pasta maker lies dead within months of purchase, also various FIAMM horns as well as Magnetti Marelli.

I opted to buy the electric horn, I didn't trust the built in compressor air horn setup, plus it uses a ton of power.
