1. When I turn on lights, I loose the speedometer, radio sound weakens and my shifter lights are off.
2. My fasten seat belt light above the rearview mirror is always flashing.
3. My interior lights don't come on when I open the doors.
4. My door locks don't work. (Vacuum) If so, where do I look?

1, 2, 3. Mine did this because a fuse had blown and was trying to short on another one or something like that... I didn't find it the first time but that fixed it.

The reason that fuse blew in my case was that one of the rear doors with the little plastic light that clips into the bottom of the door... the light came loose and got slammed in the door, which grounded the light contacts against the car's frame... check for this. It's easy for those to pop out and get slammed.

4. Possibly the same fuse issue, possibly vacuum problem. No idea where to look but get a mityvac if you don't have one.
