Will a 86 5 speed match up to a 1982 240D engine? Just curious...
I mean they are both diesels.

1981 240d (engine donor 1983 240d) recently rebuilt engine hurray! - No more.. fought a tree and the tree won.

pearl black 1983 240d 4speed (Converted!@$$%) atleast the tranny was rebuilt.

No on all three counts. The starter is on the wrong side and will not work.

Oh I see, so it would put it up against the IP?
