Online site to order body parts?

Wondering if anyone knows of a place you can order body parts online for w123. Just curious. I have some body work to be done on my wagon (replacing the cowl panel, as well as the windshield seal). The body shop guy says he can get it through a dealer, but it is special order from Germany and takes at least a week to get in. It made me wonder if there are routes other than the dealer for this type of thing - though the parts likely are special order from Germany either way.

Anyone have experience with this type of special-order-through-dealer thing?

Here's the best I could come up with (located in Switzerland). Still, they don't have everything. I guess the dealer is the best option overall.
