Oil polymerization with synthetic vs. conventional motor oil

I'm not trying to start another marathon oil thread here, but I thought that this would be an important question to get answered for those of us using SVO and biodiesel.
Does anyone have conclusive results pertaining to the amount of polymerization that occurs with synthetic motor oil as compared to conventional motor oil?
Thanks,

Otto

I hope this helps, but you should be changing your oil at least every 5000 miles anyway and that would make these questions inconsequential. I'd use a really good quality oil like Valvoline Super Blue with Lucas "Keep that engine alive" oil shear stabiliser additive and you should be fine! Polymerisation becomes a problem when your oil isn't changed often enough!
