I've always wanted a t-shirt that says "diesels do it with longer hydrocarbon chains," but I'm not sure that would be so appropriate for a class project ...

If it doesn't have to be original, "real cars don't have spark plugs" is always a winner ... I have that sticker in my Jeep window (most of my friends don't get it ... lol). Or "Spark plugs? We don't need no steeenkin' spark plugs!" But maybe that one wouldn't sit with the younger generations. I'd like any of those phrases with a MB logo beside it, you're good to go.

Diesel. Torque of a V8, horsepower of a V6 and economy of a I-4.

Here's one in keeping with the current MB advertising "unlike any other" campaign....

Mercedes-Benz Diesels,
Smoke;
Unlike any Other!

We invented cars and Diesel Engines.
Kind of snobby, but true according to my understanding. Ah, WTH, we're driving Mercedes, we can be a bit snobby about our cars. I am.
