Would you really trust a key purchase from a seller named "StealMyCar" ?

I remember that style of key -- last Benz we had with one was a good while back, maybe an early '90s model. I like it better than the giant affair that came with my W210, with no metal/physical key to it. Of course, all the other functionality (door locks, trunk, etc.) are already built into my giant key, so I don't know why a W210 owner would want this. Maybe if he lost his keys? Of course, then he still can't start the car. Hmmm...

Cheers, John

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, wouldnt you need a doorlock actuator on at least the 123's since the system is controlled by vacuum (not electric actuators)? The actuator could unlock the drivers door and all other doors and trunk would follow.

You have to modify YOUR own keys to make it work, as their keys are just dummy keys and can't be cut. Hmm... I don't think it's worth that much work.

Those look like knock-off VW/Audi keys. Don't buy them.

Personally, I like the infrared (bladeless) keys of my W210. I read once that in an insurance institute test, security experts broke into and drove away an E39 5-series in under two hours; however, after forty hours of trying to crack a W210 E-class, they gave up. Not only are these cars built like tanks, they are extremely hard to steal.
