Oil in the cylinder

4 hours and head is out , last cylinder is full of oil aprox 2cm , oil passage coming from the gasket -the end of the engine , when I was doing compression test 4 cylinders were 420 ,5th was 320 - was suspecting worn valve guide and a gasket leak .
I would like to know pros opinions on this situation , and maybe some info on a good machine shop in Orlando area , price how much it will cost to resurface, change guides and cut new valve seats with one valve replacement- exhaust valve lost clearance in a bad cylinder , got all parts already.
All answers are appreciated.

I'd sure want to make sure there wasn't damage to the connecting rod from hydro-locking due to the cylinder being oil-logged. At the very least, turn the engine and measure the clearance of the piston at the top of its travel and compare to the others to make sure the rod hasn't bent at all. If it doesn't come up as high as the others then you are facing problems later if it isn't fixed now. Just throwing this out there.

timing V.S. "Bent Rod"

You can "RE-TIME" the engine.

BUT if has Hydrolocked you'll want to focus your stress factors on that.
