'91 350 SDL Window and A/C

Two things:
Installing new slide jaw in rear window lift. Has anyone done this? What is the
procedure for upsetting the "rivet" of the new slide jaw into the window lift arm?

Trying to locate a leak in the A/C system. I can pressurize with compressed air to 120psi and it will leak down in a matter of minutes (15-20). Cannot find any leak with soap solution when pressurized, except I haven't tested the joints at the evaporator. Is there a dye available that can be induced into the system with the compressed air to locate the leak? Is the evaporator a pain to remove and replace? Is it repairable?

Well, I guess thats more than two after all.

you have to peen it in with a hammer. not too difficult but requires taking out the entire sliding jaw mechanism. so you can hold it down and get solid hits on the rivet.
