Systemic Horn/Electrical Problem

Hello,
I am the new owner of a 1987 TurboD. It has an intermittment problem that causes the horn to honk lightly when I depress the brake or lock the door or trunk with a key. I believe this is an electrical problem but I am not sure how to fix it.

If this topic has been covered in this forum already, please point me to it; I was unable to find anything about this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Melanie

I need to review the schematics... This horn thing is weird... when I hit the horn my dead Tach kicks up. It appears to me that some kind of grounding issue is rearing its ugly head.
