That's not the correct manual for a W115/W123. There should be 3 shift arms extending from the left side of the case. Also, it is obvious that it won't bolt up to our flexdiscs.

Last one I bought, a couple years ago, from a wrecking yard was $200, off the shelf.

I may be on the high side but I paid $400 for absolutely everything..transmission, clutch, flywheel, driveshaft, pedal assembly, master cylinder, shift rods.

with everthing in the list + the price you would think so but no..that was everything. Frankly sometimes it's good not to get the rolling chassis when you don't have the space to store or means to throw away the trashed stuff.
