Would 300D injectors NA31X work in a 240D?

I've got 5 rebuilt injectors for a 1982 300TD and was wondering if they would work in a 240D. Physically they look the same. One is a NA31X and one is a NA33X. Just wondering.

The pop pressure is higher. That would change your injection timing. They can be used but they will likely make it run worse.
