Find it Again

I'm new to this forum so maybe that's why I appear to be such an idiot, wait this seems to be happening a lot to me lately...
Anyway I found a good thread that I probably will never see again, not because it will disappear but because I'm obviously to stupid to figure out how to ever get back to it again.
My question is there a way to save a thread in case I ever would like to find it again?
My second question is even better but then I would risk this first question not being answered so I better just stick to one.

Welcome to the Forum...: dj:

May be other ways to save a thread. On the desk Top I right click,
drop down box will have one that says "NEW" move arrow on it and a side box will have
one that says "Folder". Click on it. Will pop up on your Desk Top.
Will be highlighted in Blue and says "new folder".
Hit your "delete" key, then type in what you want that folder to be, and click "Enter key".

Say you want to save this thread, minimize the page, highlight the address,
left click on blue highlighted address, hold mouse button down and drag it over to the
"Desk Top" and to the "Folder". Unclick Mouse and it will be in the Folder.

I have one Folder that says "Desk Top" and in it I have many Folder with varous subjects
titles. Like Welding, Weather, Forums, Mercedes, Ford, Projects, You Tube, Brakes,
Transmission, or how ever you want it titled.
Then I can find them later.

I know there is things I read, then later I can`t find it, so this works for me.

You can make a post in the thread, and put a specific word in the thread like, found bigfoot or something,
Then go to advanced search, and select your username.
Then search for the term.

If you dont post a lot, any thread you have posted in will be in your list of posts...

My list is too extreme for that...

One can also bookmark the URL for a thread.
