Where can I get an auxillary fan

Anyone know a good source for purchasing an auxillary fan for an 85 300D Turbo? I live in the Phoenix area, but I'm OK with buying something online and waiting a few days. A trucker lost a tire re-tread my grill was destroyed along with the fan. I'm afraid to drive it in our 110 F temps here in Phoenix until I get it fixed. I feel fortunate it wasn't worse

Thanks, Mark

Driving in 110*f temperatures should not be problem if your cooling system is in good shape.

Aux Fan

Aux fan went out on my '82 300SD and I replaced it with an aftermarket from Autozone. Worked great! I paid $59.99 for it.

I have gotten numerous aux. fans at the pull-n-part for ~$10.00.

Diameter

What the Diameter of a Stock Aux Fan ?

A body shop had to replace mine and it was an Aftermarket. Now after having some AC issues its not cooling the same so I'm wondering if the Fan Size and capacity could be an Issue.

Also, the Body shop painted the front of the Condensor so I'm curious if this could induce more Cooling problems?

Any thoughts?

Paint on Condensor

Ok, Thats 2 votes I heard that suggest it can be a problem.

Any safe suggestions for removing it, the paint ?

I've been told that the High Pressures are a bit high which is why the Mechanic hot wired the Aux Fan to enage whenever the Compressor is running.
