I have removed the nuts off the four bolts in the trunk, but the bumper refuses to budge. I do have a hitch package, which is bolted around the rubber rear bumper shocks.

Do I have to remove the hitch to remove the bumper, or is there something else I am missing?

There are two more bolts. On behind the vacuum pump next to the spare tire and the other is under the foam directly above the muffler. Six in total.

Thanks, that and a fair bit of tugging did it. I saw no mention of those two bolts, and I never would have found that one under the foam, even if I knew it was somewhere in there.

I was wondering what the heck you meant right up until the left side of the bumper slid out.
