85SD door lock tumbler

So, I'm in the process of rekeying the tumblers from the 85SD parts car hoping to install them in the 84SD and match the other 85SD so 1 key opens all locks on both running cars (84 & 85SD).

I have 1 front door handle with tumbler installed and don't see how the tumbler comes out. I removed the roll pin that goes through the handle and drilled out the pin that goes 1/2 way through. What else needs to come out?

There are 3 more pins - 2 that pivot when the handle is pulled and another in the snout that goes to trip the actual latch inside the door. Do these have to come out? They look like a pita to get back.

Most destructions I've seen deal with the actual re-keying once the tumbler is out.
