What do you keep in the trunk of your diesel?

I'm just curious. I keep a tool box of the standard metric type plus a few things I've found handy; the tool kit from my old 115 (my 123 didn't have its upon delivery in June of '07); misc. oil and lubricants; coolant; spare fuel filters; spare tire and jack, of course; some vacuum line, duct tape, electrical tape, some wire, cleaning products, extra towels, oil filter, misc. nuts and bolts stuff, etc. No trunk triangle though. Oh, and a few MB prayers when the above is not enough for any eventuality... How 'bout you? Anything you'd recomend as "better to have and not need, than need and not have"?

Aside from the jack, tire, factory tools, and jumper cables (with very heavy gage wire) as little as possible.

I have a small box of spares (filters, vacuum line, etc), a gallon of oil, some towels, a small toolbox, spare fuses, a bottle of Diesel Kleen, and an extendable lug wrench (not the MB original lugwrench, though I have that too).

My list as of now.

- A thick layer of dust and grime on every surface

- Two flat and very bald spare wheels.

- A somewhat rusty MB tool kit, complete with mouldy canvas bag.

- Emergency water reserves in the form of two puddles on either side of the trunk...

- A large paper wasp condo complex.

You know, I guess I should clean in there while the weather is nice.

Spare, Jack, Emergency Triangle, (soon two w203 wheel chocks), 1 jug of coolant, 1 quart of transmission fluid, gallon of oil, screw driver, channel lock pliers, fuel filter(clear and cannister), towel(never know when the world is going to be demolished and you need to signal a passing space craft for a lift)...

I keep a few quarts of oil, and transmission and power steering fluids packed around the spare tire. Also there is most of a gallon of antifreeze in one of the side pockets, and a triangle and empty yellow diesel can bungeed to the front. The Jetta TDI carries four quarts of Castrol 50501 oil and another empty yellow diesel can, but that can just roams around the trunk at will.

The most important tool I have is a pen clipped onto the glovebox cover (the 210 has a nice clip for a pen). It is from my favorite local towing company, but so far they have not carried my car. Maybe because I keep the number in the car...

My 210 only has a three-body trunk. Ah, how nice the old days were.

I also forgot to mention that I carry my Visa with me at all times.. ^_^.. which is probably the most important tool of all... If I need a tow or if I need some flowers for that date in 5 minutes.. its all there...

( I want the visa with the mercedes affiliation so I can put my points or w/e towards parts )

I probably carry too much junk; a pretty complete tool box, fuel filters, a spare alternator/water pump belt, a couple of quarts of oil and tranny fluid, a real lug wrench, flash light, assorted fuses and bulbs, usually a couple of glow plugs, and a portable jumper battery that I bought a few weeks ago when my alternator died in DFW.

I don't even think about the credit cards, since I use them constantly. I don't have any with any sort of rewards, however. Just low interest rates that I don't use; I pay the balance every month without fail.

Right now, I have a few quarts of motor oil, a quart of transmission fluid, funnel, toolkit, California Car Duster, microfiber towels, Diesel Purge, glass cleaner, and shop towels. Of course, I also have the spare tire, lugwrench and jack. I try to keep as little as possible in the trunk, but it's hard to do with an old car.
