No right low beam, no right tailight
 

'87 300D

Just got the car two weeks ago. The bulbs are known good bulbs. The fuses are know good fuses. I am not very proficient when it comes to automotive electrical issues.

High beams work great. I might also add that the parking light on the right side does not work at all. Bulb is good.

I am at a loss and really have no idea where to start. I am searching the archives but hoped that an expert might be able to quickly identify the source of the problem and give me guidance.
