All of a sudden my seats don't move, windows don't go up, and wipers don't wipe! I check the relays in the fuse box. All are good (checked them in another vehicle and replaced). Everything else seems to work, blinkers, lights etc... so any ideas, I checked fuses and they seem well seated and most are new. I did just add an aux power line to the fuse box so pulled up the fuse panel to connect it underneath to fuse 19. The aux line still has power but I am wondering if my tinkering pulled something vital out the bottom of the panel?

Any thoughts!

Seems as if they are related... A test light, could be handy to find out where there is power.. and more importantly where it isn't.. as I doubt the seats, and wipers would fail all at the same time..

Are all the 'dead' components on the same fuse?

Replace fuse #17 and clean the contacts.

You can look at those fuses til the cows come home to roost. You will never, ever know if a fuse is good by looking at it.

Had the same symptoms exactly all the fuses looked brand spankin' new but, guess what one that worked the seats, windows, high beams etc was bad. Looked freaking brand new.

These fuses suck. Have always sucked. And will continue to suck. Lucas (Prince of Darkness) must have invented them and for some reason MBZ thought they were the cat's ass and used them.

Anyway if whoever invented them, goes into the vacume cleaner business it will be the only product they produce that doesn't suck.
