how to replace drive shaft carrier bearing 300 CD

Hello, I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 1980 300 CD with about 117,000 miles. It has a mild rumble in the drive line at freeway speeds, which I think is the middle carrier bearing and support. I plan to replace these pieces and the flex couplings this weekend.

The question I have is the carrier bearing replacement something I can do without special tools? Is this bearing pressed onto the drive shaft?

Advice or suggestions from anyone with experience in replacing the bearing would be greatly appreciated!
