300 sdl very smokey cold start

i have replaced the glow plugs , then the injectors because of suspected leak down over night [good used ones] . car blows way too much blue/gray smoke only when cold[and very rough running] untill the temp guage moves. then everything is fine. 340000 miles 10000 i put on it , no service records ,very little blow by , good acileration . anyone with any ideas........wally
