How to disable EGR on a '83 240D?
I want to disable my EGR for a variety of reasons, I'm having trouble figuring out where it all goes though. There's these things on the pass. side of the engine, towards the very front, it looks like it has 2 vacuum lines going into it. One goes over towards the pass. headlight, the other goes to the switches on top of the crankcase. I think that's it.
Can I just trace the lines and hook the two that go into the engine, directly together? Or is it more complicated than that?

Stick a "BB" in the vacuum line coming from the EGR - done.
