The last few weeks I noticed the price of diesel fuel going up and up, as much as 10 cents at a time each week. I understand this is the time when production is geared toward home heating oil. I've never seen the prices so high as they are now. Yesterday the highest price I saw in Vancouver WA was 3.59 and the lowest, on the same street was 3.35. Last week their prices were 3.49 and 3.29
