Noise

WHEN I DO A PRE-GLOW IN THE MORNING, I HEAR A FAINT ELECTRIC MOTOR SOUIND COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE DASHBOARD.

if it makes a noticable noise does it mean it's going to fail.

what is it,....vacuum pump?

The vacuum pump does nothing when the engine is off so it can't be the pump. It sounds to me like you're hearing your blower motor, but it's hard to say without more info.

It could still be some flap in the climate control system that's sticking. In any case, it doesn't sound like anything to worry about.

What babymog said. The motor starts a-sampling even if the ACC is off.
