Climate control not blowing

Went to turn on heater-drefroster, no heat. (No air conditioning either) Checked the fuse, and that little bugger had slid off of there and melted the whole plastic backing. Replaced the fuse, and it looks like there is good connection between the posts.

When I push in the defrost button, I hear a click coming from the driveräs side, but no air blowing. Should this point me in the direction of a faulty blower motor_ I had read that they suck amps bad, and noticed that my headlights are not as bright as I would expect. Maybe totally unrelated though

Still trying to get the heat working. Check the fuses, I don't have that extra box I've read about. The grouping in that 'swiss cheese' box doesn't get hot. And no heat drifts out of the vent. Any ideas to point me in the right direction?
