Idler Pulley Bolt Torque Specification?
 

Hello all,

I am installing a new idler pulley, fan clutch, pulley shock absorber, and of course belt.

I need to find out the torque specs on the bolts involved:

3 on the fan clutch and fan, one to connect the fan clutch to water pump. I read that the torque should be 10 Nm and 45 Nm respectively.

The bolt on the idler pulley I don't know.

The bolts which hold the idler shock absorber and spring tensioner.

Lastly, should I apply blue lock tite to any or all the bolts?
