Does the 83 300SD have cabin filters that should be changed? I have searched the forums without results. My FSM CD-ROM only lists procedures for the w140 and w129 models. I also searched the EPC online and could not find these filters listed anywhere for the 83. Thanks for an assist in the right direction.

Yes on my W140. I don't think there is one on my W126. If there is - I'd guess it's in a similar area - near the glove box close to the blower motor.

My '83 SD does not have said filters, however, I've seen a gasser that did, forget year. It was under hood near windshield, I think.
