Block Heater
Do I have a block heater on my 84 300D; if so where is it?

Right side in the block forward and above the starter if it's there.

Do you have a grounded (3 prong electical household 110V) plug hanging out in the vicinity of the bottom of your rad, right side, behind the bumper near the tow loop/hook or nearby? If so, yes.
BTW, is there a time limit on how long a block heater can be plugged in? Is 12 hours ok? Never dealt w/ one before and it came with the car and no "users guide" to tell the answer. Oops, not my thread... If you do have one, they are a godsent in my opinion. When starting the car in the morning, my numb fingers and obvious ice everywhere aside and ignored, she starts like it was 50 deg. or more outside (when I remember to plug it in that is)
