1983, 300TD bottom end leaks???

Anyone seen anything like this before? I changed my oil to Mobil 1 last week and since then I have started noticing lots of leaks below the engine. Today I got down there with a camer an this is what I saw. Looks like the leak is above the oil pan. Anyone see this before?
How can I cure it?

Wash it down good and see where it is coming from then you can fix it.

I've found that switching to synthetic oil after using petro based oils for a long time causes leaks. The synthetic oils clean out all the build-up in and around the seals, causing them to leak. For using synthetic oils it's best to use them from the start and continue using them, but switching always causes leaks. The same thing happened to my wagon when I put synthetic oil in, so I switched back.

I second the washing of the engine to see where the oil is originating.
