injector lock washer?
 
what is the step before turning the injector out? and how do u do this

Clarify, there is no "injector lock washer". Turning the injector out == removing the injector?

Yeah, just remove the hard fuel line(s) with a 27mm or 1 1/16 deep socket, remove as you would anything else.
Below that, there is a heat shield.

The washer you are referring to is the prechamber collar. You will need a good bit of grunt to get the injector out.

Yes, what the heat shield rests in. A home made tool, or a $$$ one to remove those, be sure to take out the glow plugs first.

Turn the injector by the hex that takes a 27mm socket. Make sure the socket you use doesn't deform or break off the return line nipples. Don't loosen the collar with wrench flats!
