Further complexity is that in some cases the title isn't held at the local branch. Takes time for the main office to send the title. You can probably make arrangements to have the title at the local branch for the transfer.
Yet another complexity is paperless titles. Many financial institutions in California don't hold a hardcopy of the title. I don't know how they handle transfers. Sixto 87 300D |
