I got a set of new 124 TYC headlights for under $200 delivered. They fit the car well enough but they've been a pain to align. I pulled them for a closer look and found that either the reflectors weren't properly installed in their clips or they shook loose. Worst are the lower mounts of the fog light reflectors. There's no clearance to use a hook to seat the mounting tang fully in the clip. I'll fashion a tool or try to thread some string but for now I'll see if they hold under the moderate pulling I was able to do with a bent screwdriver.

Regardless, they put out better light than DOT headlights.
